As you crank up the gain control of the Fuzzy Drive, you will have a powerful fuzz/distortion with a versatile tone control.
The FD-1 has a wide variety of sound at your fingertips. When you lower the gain and crank up the volume, it can also be used as fuzz/booster "a la vintage Tone Bender".
Like all EWS Pedals, switches are true bypass so you don't have to worry about your tone thinning out.
